Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. The portal works in the web browser on your phone or computer. Just sign in.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Every screen is made for a phone first, so you can send a request while walking the property.

Who can see my requests?

Only you and the Corporate Care supervisors who manage your account. Other clients never see your buildings or requests.

What if something is truly urgent?

Choose "Urgent" when you send the request. Urgent requests go to the top of the supervisor's list.

Can I add more than one building?

Yes. When you send a request, pick "Another building" and it will be saved for next time.
